Please review all policies and terms below regarding your services and/or retail purchases with Sistr Studios.
Cancellation Policy
It’s important to understand that when forgetting or cancelling appointments without giving enough notice, businesses lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients waiting for appointments miss out on receiving services.
For the benefit and respect of all our clients and professionals, booking appointments with Sistr Studios, through Boulevard are subject to the following terms:
You may cancel or modify your appointment without charge anytime 72 hours preceding the start time of your appointment.
Deposits that are required for specific stylists or services are non-refundable. Deposits are applied as a credit to your account and are stored for future appointments and/or services.
Less than 72 hours notice is considered a “Late Cancellation” and will result in a charge up to 100% of the scheduled service(s).
If you do not cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “No Show” and charged full price of the scheduled service(s).
Appointments that are booked within the 24-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.
As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 72 hours in advance of appointments by both SMS and email to the contact information given at time of booking. Failing to respond to those confirmation messages could result in your appointment slot being given to another client.
To ensure a full experience, please arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
Late arrivals will be charged the full price of the scheduled service(s) even if there is not enough time to render them.
Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.
For the benefit and respect of all our clients and professionals, booking appointments with Sistr Studios, through Hello Bonsai are subject to the following terms:
Bridal Service deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. A 50% deposit is required to book/reserve artists for your wedding date.
Bridal Trial deposits are non-refundable.
Remaining balances are due 7 days prior to the event date.
To ensure a full experience, please arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
If you do not cancel your Bridal trial appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “No Show” and charged full price of the scheduled service(s).
Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.
Retail Returns
Refunds will not be excepted:
30 days after purchase
If product has been used, damaged, or opened and not in original packaging.
If there is a problem with quality or texture of the product please contact us directly so that we can contact the distributors and update our quality control. We take the utmost care in curating high luxury brands and goods for our clients and want you experience to match.

We do not share your information with any third parties. Ever. Period.
In the spirit of complete transparency we have put below the privacy polices of the systems that we used for scheduling, booking, invoicing, etc. So that you can see the terms as they abide to with us.
